For subcontractors on prevailing-wage jobs
Your weekly certified payroll, straight from your payroll export
On federally funded construction jobs covered by the Davis-Bacon Act, contractors and subcontractors submit a certified payroll every week, often on form WH-347. Certified Payroll Ready turns your Gusto or QuickBooks Online payroll export into a filled-in WH-347, so nobody re-types it.
- Upload your payroll export

- Never miss a week

The weekly paperwork nobody budgets for
Re-typing every worker, every week
Hours, rates and deductions already sit in your payroll software, but the form gets filled in by hand, project by project.
Classifications to get right
Each worker’s hours have to match the right job classification and wage rate for that project.
Payroll software that stops short
Many small-business payroll plans don’t produce the WH-347, so the export still ends up in a spreadsheet.
How it will work
Step 1
Upload your payroll export
The file you already download from Gusto or QuickBooks Online each pay period.
Step 2
Map each worker once
Pick each worker’s job classification for the project. It’s remembered for next week.
Step 3
Check and download
Get a filled-in WH-347 and the statement of compliance, ready for you to review and sign.
Step 4
Never miss a week
An email reminder for every active project, before each payroll is due.
You review and sign every report. Certified Payroll Ready does not file for you and does not give payroll or legal advice.

Does it submit the payroll to the agency or to LCPtracker?
Not at first. You download the report and submit it the way your agency asks. Portal upload files are planned, starting with the ones waitlist members ask for most.
What about state certified payroll forms?
The federal WH-347 comes first. Tell us your state on the waitlist form and we’ll add the most requested state formats next.
Do you need full Social Security numbers?
No. The WH-347 asks for an identifying number for each worker, such as the last four digits of their Social Security number. We never ask for full numbers.
Is this payroll or legal advice?
No. It fills in forms from your own payroll data. You choose each classification and rate, and you check and sign every report.
When will it be ready?
It’s being built now. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you once, when it opens.
